I'm so grateful for PGUSD. Our dedicated staff, engaged parents, talented students, and incredible community always show up to support one another.
My wife and I are products of public education, and our three children are now benefiting from PGUSD. I want to help ensure the tradition of excellence continues and that our district remains focused on what matters most – our students. That’s why I’ve spent the past year learning what our district needs: attending Board meetings, meeting with our Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, and serving on our District Facilities Committee.
My 20-year career of building and operating businesses has taught me how to establish accountability around budgets and deliver results with limited resources. On the Board, I will protect funding that directly impacts our children, prioritize student support and outcomes, and ensure every dollar is spent wisely.
I would be honored to serve our students, staff, families, and community.
Thank you for your support!

It's important we strengthen core mastery in reading, writing, math, and science while protecting the music and arts programs that inspire our students. A complete education prepares children not just to test well, but to succeed in life.
In a dynamic digital landscape, technology in our schools must be a bridge to learning, not a distraction. I am committed to policies that use digital tools in a targeted, high-impact way, ensuring technology supports high-quality teaching.
Education must prepare students for life after graduation. By integrating essential skills like financial literacy, communication, and problem solving into our curriculum, we ensure every PGUSD graduate leaves confident, independent, and ready for the future.
"As a former board member, I know how important it is to have people at the table who are willing to listen, learn, and truly understand the community they serve. I've been impressed by Chuck's commitment to learning about our schools, the work of the school board, and the issues facing the district. Having people on the board who are invested in our schools and committed to making the district stronger is incredibly valuable, and I believe he would be a strong addition to the board."
